If you start your weight-reducing travel from a wrong beginning, you can not reach your destination, even you may hurt yourself by the mistaken ideas.
1. You can get a good result in short time
Many diet foods or external drugs take this slogan as their ads which is very egging and attractive. Some of them said: “you can lose five kilos in five days”, some said: “you can lose ten kilos in the days”. But you can not image fondly that you can reach the ideal weight in just several days. Because the truth about this is all the slimming drugs or diet foods will mislead you, if they promise they can have this effect. Since the weight include fat, muscle, bones, organs and water, once your lose weight, all of them will be affected. If you stop taking drugs, your weight will rebound rapidly.
Many people change their slamming drugs frequently for being slender soon. Once they can not reach the target, they will give it up and try other one. This is harmful for your health.
A healthy weight loss plan should be found on a long time base, the gradual and slow weight-reducing will not rebound. Besides, losing weight in short time will hurt your health seriously. Even, it will make it is more difficult to lose weight after your weight rebound.
2. The weight-reducing means fat-reducing
Do you ever think about what is the key point to lose weight? It is weight-reducing or fat-reducing? People intend to choose the latter without doubt. Though it is more difficult to lose fat. When you stand on a weighing-machine, you should be not affected by the dropping number.
Generally speaking, the overweight people will have more fat. When you use the steam bath or running to lose weight, the water will be discharged first. You will fell very thirsty since your body is suffering severe water shortages. But if you drink water, the weight will rebound; if you do not drink water, you will feel tried or cramp, even go to hospital. It is a real dilemma.
Besides, since the muscle is not the part which consume energy most. So, if your body needs energy, it will be resolved first. Of course, your weight will reduce at this time. But your fat does not reduce at all.
Some people begin to lower their guard and indulge themselves after they find they lose weight. The result is they will have more fat.
And the fat can be divided as hard fat and soft fat. It is difficult to lose hard fat than soft fat. So you can not know the change of fat just from weight. The only way is to record the numbers of your measurements of the chest, waist and hips to know what do you lose.
