Actually, when you begin to feel tired, your body has been extremely strain. Excessive fatigue can easily contribute to illness that weakens people’s immunity and leads the disease in. No matter mental work or physical work, one must take proper rest after a period of work time.

Sleep only when sleepy. Sleepiness is the sign of fatigue of the brain. We should not wait to sleep till we feel sleepy. It is a good habit to go sleeping on time. It can not only help protect the brain, but also help sleep easily, improve the sleeping quality and reduce the possibility of insomnia.
