4 Important Mission of Keeping in Good Health

The day before yesterday, I went to see a movie and play a game for a while with my friends, but I had a intense headache later and my whole body was cold.And I even felt disgusting when I took the bus a few days ago.Suddenly I discovered how my physical declined to such a level.Think about what I do in my daily life and my elder and elder age,I found that I could not go on in this way any more.On thinking for a moment, restoring the body needs to pay special attention to four major areas:

Firstly, guarantee sufficient sleep. Go to bed early and get up early. I should go to bed at nine in the evening and get up at six in the morning.

Second, the food must be reasonable. Not all delicious food is nutritious but in many cases is junk food.thus we should pay special attention to what we eat. As the saying goes: illness starts with eating.

Third, to have a relaxed mind which in very important to people in morden society.Now everyone’s material living conditions are good, as long as the first two spots are paid attention slightly to, they might be guaranteed.While it is not a easy to keep a relaxed and optimism and confidential mind in this fiercely-competing and restless society.

Forth, exercise more actively.In fact exercise doesn’t need very excellent conditions,What we need is only a pair of fittable shoes and to walk for an hour everyday.I hope that we can find a little more rules of life that are suitable to us.We can give more life rules to restrain ourselves and keep healthy self.
