Have a Tenderer Face by Massage

Due to the coldness in winter, many office ladies immerse in their warm beds rather than doing exercises. And they even won’t wash their faces because of cold water! However, if you wouldn’t want to have bad skin when spring comes, pay attention to the skin maintain from now on! In fact, as long as you do massage when washing your face or smearing skin-care products, you will see a much more beautiful face and tender skin within one month.
Massage can enhance the blood circulation and help the skin to excrete wastes and carbon dioxide and accordingly reduce the accumulation of lipin. Then the skin will become tender and elastic and the swelling and relaxation will be eliminated.
The following are several steps of massage.
Step 1: Flat the brow grains.
Circle the middle fingers and ring fingers on the forehead upward. Repeat this movement for 20 times can effectively prevent the appearance of brow grains.
Step 2: Knead the eye sockets.
Press the temples with your thumbs and use the second inside parts of your first fingers to knead your eye sockets for about 20 times. It can eliminate the tiredness of eyes and prevent the production of eye grains by kneading the eye sockets.
Step 3: Knead your nosewing.
Due to the cold wind, your nosewing may become drier and drier and accordingly the pores of your nosewing will become larger and larger. Use your middle fingers to knead the two sides of your nosewing along the nose girder to up and down for about 20 times which can effectively eliminate maculae on your nose.
At the same time you knead your face, don’t forget the principal of doing massage. The blood circulation is not only determined by your face. Knead your feet and ears can make your face become much tenderer! We can see the importance of maintaining our feet from the Chinese saying “If a person is getting old, he must have much older feet.” Our feet are so close to the ground that the blood can not be circumfluent due to the centrifugal force. By kneading our feet, the blood circulation will be stimulated and be circumfluent so that your face will become tenderer and more charming.
