As more and more people began to feel that their body became weaker during long hours in the office, how to do sports more scientifically have been in the center of the controversy. Some think that since we are not professional athletes, we don’t have to follow the strict rules and baffle ourselves on difficult events. They think that sports which are suitable for average people could be mastered easily and shouldn’t cost so much of our attention. However, experts say that even if you just do the simplest exercises, you should follow some basic rules to avoid injures and improve the results.

Now, we are going to introduce some information about how to do sport scientifically which may help us avert common mistakes. Sports should be done preferably after ten o’clock in the morning and about four o’clock in the afternoon. It has been proved that the air in the morning contains the most carbon dioxide, so if we get up early to exercise outdoors, we are inclined to breathe in more carbon dioxide which could cause coma, provided the amount is large. And the air of seven o’clock in the evening is the most turbid of the whole day in that it is filled up with dust and industrial waste gases. So we should try to avoid such time periods. Before we do sports, we should have some food. A cup of honey water and a piece of bread is good, but we shouldn’t stuff ourselves. If we didn’t have anything before doing sports, our body cannot supply us with sufficient energy and faints may occur. But a stuffed belly is also bad.

When you are making your sport schedules, there are some effective rules we might as well follow. First, it would be better if you find somebody who also has a work-out plan. You two could do the sports together, encourage and supervise each other. Second, choose as many sports as possible. You may get sick of the same kind of sports everyday, so why not choose another and make yourself happy. As long as you are exercising, it would work no matter you are jogging or doing yoga. Third, stick to your schedule and exercise everyday. This is probably the most difficult and also the most important thing for everyone. Although we have made up our mind to make a difference this time, but there is the weather thing, and we’ve got to work extra hours, we could always find us a reason for not doing sports. So don’t cheat on yourself and follow the plan everyday.

So far as we have a strong mind and doing sports everyday, we are sure to have a strong body.
